We do things ethically and as naturally as possible

We began running our harvest mice photography workshops in 2017 and these workshops are suitable for all levels of photographer. From the seasoned Pro who is wanting to add something different to an ever increasing portfolio, through to beginners wishing to photograph these wonderful tiny and acrobatic mammals, we cater for all.

Beginners need not worry as Dean is always on hand to answer any questions or offer any advice with settings etc if required.

Our little harvest mice have been photographed with everything from a mobile phone, bridge camera and of course high end equipment, so there really are no limitations on this workshop.

Workshops are held naturally and outdoors within a beautiful rural location and surrounded by ancient woodland. Being outdoors offers varying, different and distant natural backgrounds for your images. Possibilities for a wide variety of images is easily achievable and due to our unique 'book and the time is yours policy', you will not have to share the session with other photographers! You book, the workshop is yours and there is NO extra charge for individual bookings.

Our aim is complete customer satisfaction and for you to achieve the maximum from your visit, there is nothing worse than someone standing in front of you just as a mouse decides to do something comical ! Or that you are the last person firing the trigger with flash setups and all you get is a black screen ! It's all straightforward and natural with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We offer both morning and afternoon sessions with these incredibly acrobatic mammals. Each session will run for a period of two hours and times stated are strict ! This is extremely important for the welfare and wellbeing of our mice and also allows Dean time to meet and greet other customers that have booked before or after you.

Morning sessions: 10.00am until 12.00pm (meet 9.45am)

Afternoon sessions: 1.00pm until 3.00pm (meet 12.45pm)

Maximum number of 3 photographers per session (when booking together), this will allow you to obtain the best images possible from your visit.

Individual bookings are no problem and there is NO additional charge, you pay £60 and have a session to yourself.

Cost per workshop is £60 per person and a £20 non refundable deposit is required upon booking.

For anyone requiring a tailored session with Dean, and you would like to bring along your own props and have your own ideas for your session - Then please enquire and we can discuss your ideas, run through what is achievable and providing that nothing is harmful to our mice, hopefully fulfill your personal requirements.
